Getting seen

Common questions.

Do I need an appointment?
Yes — please call ahead rather than arriving unannounced. It means we can confirm availability, prepare for your visit, and avoid you making a wasted trip.
Are you open on Saturdays?
No. Both offices are closed Saturday and Sunday. Wethersfield is open Monday and Wednesday to Friday; Enfield is open on Tuesdays.
Can I be seen after hours?
Not as a routine appointment. For a genuine after-hours emergency, call and when a doctor or team member is available we will guide you or help arrange the appropriate next step. For trouble breathing or swallowing, severe swelling, uncontrolled bleeding or serious injury, seek emergency medical care immediately.
Which office should I go to?
Whichever is open on the day you need. Wethersfield covers Monday and Wednesday to Friday; Enfield covers Tuesday. Call 860-430-4388 and we’ll point you to the right one.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, at both offices. Call and we’ll get you booked in for a first visit.
How long does a reply to the form take?
