Doctor of Dental Surgery
Dr. Maher Kasabji
Trained at NYU College of Dentistry, Dr. Kasabji has spent more than two decades restoring smiles for Connecticut families. His work spans general and restorative dentistry — the crowns, fillings and cosmetic work that make up most of what a practice actually does.
Patients tend to describe him the same way in reviews: thorough, unhurried, and willing to explain what he is doing rather than simply doing it.

Also NYU-trained, Dr. Engelhardt completed a hospital residency that included extensive oral surgery experience — which is why extractions, bone grafting, sinus lifts and implant placement happen in this practice rather than being referred elsewhere.
That surgical background is unusual in a general dental office, and it is the reason complex cases can be finished under one roof.
How we work
Unhurried, and honest about cost.
The two things people complain about after a dental visit are that they felt rushed, and that the bill was a surprise. We have built the practice around not being that.
Appointments are long enough to ask questions. Costs are explained before treatment starts, not itemised afterwards. And if a treatment is not right for you, we would rather say so at the consultation than halfway through.

Technology
Imaging that shows what an X-ray can’t.
Not technology for its own sake — imaging that changes what we can diagnose and how accurately we can plan.
3D cone beam imaging
A standard X-ray is flat. A cone beam scan is three-dimensional, showing bone depth, nerve position and sinus location. It is the difference between guessing where an implant will sit and knowing.
Facial scanning
Used in planning cosmetic and implant work, so treatment is designed around your actual face rather than a set of teeth in isolation.

Look around first
See the office before you visit.
A surprising amount of dental anxiety is about the unknown — not the treatment, but the unfamiliarity of the place. So we photographed all of it, and there is a 360° tour you can walk through.
You are also welcome to come in and look around in person with nothing booked. A fair number of people do exactly that before their first appointment.
